Comprehensive bike and athlete review in order to safely
mate the rider and the bike. Use of digital video and
power output testing is often employed along with a
thorough strength, flexibility and functional movement
screening of the rider. Most bike fitting last about one
and a half hours, however, with very involved clients
more time has been required. Prices are as follows:

Perfect for the seasoned athlete looking to tackle
something "bigger" or the motivated beginner
looking for some direction.
Advanced Plan..........$200/month.
You will have a daily training regimen designed
explicitly for you. Monthly "Sit down" to review all
aspects of that month's schedule. Unlimited email
and phone contact for any needed revisions.
Education in ancillary aspects of training (i.e.
nutrition, stretching/flexibility, proper biomechanics,
etc.)

Running Form Analysis............$75
Comprehensive Gait Analysis with a Physical Therapist to
determine imbalances and areas of wasted movement.
Very effective in allowing an athlete to run with less effort
and without injury. Use of digital video is a must. You will
be given biofeedback “markers” to aid you in continued
improvement of your technique along with specific
stabilization and flexibility exercises to help your body
better accept the new running form.
Pro Plan.....................$325/month.
Includes all aspects of the "Advanced Plan" plus a
one-on-one workout two times a month

Lactate Threshold Test..........$50
Whether it is on a bike or on foot, learn the where your
body begins to shift it’s metabolism. This is a must for
anyone training with a heart rate monitor or power meter.
With this information, we will accurately set your training
zones to get the most from your periodized training
program.
Injury Management & Prevention....$75/hour
Get expert advice on how to self treat that nagging injury.
Comprehensive strength and flexibility assessment. We’ll
show you how to direct your own treatment; massage
techniques, proper use of heat and ice, precise exercise
mechanics, etc. An ounce of prevention…..schedule an
hour session and we will do a thorough rundown of
possible problem areas. Learn your important areas of
deficit and strength and we will show you how to
effectively work on these areas to bring your athletic body
into balance.
This, essentially, is my philosophy on training.
It requires skill, forethought, and patience to train just enough to reach your highest possible level of fitness without going too far or without leaving anything undone.
