We have the best background and expertise for bike fitting.  Period.

Technology:  We have the most accurate system of measurement -- Retul

Knowledge:  A practicing physical therapist does every bike fit

If you read about other fitters, they always say they've done "...thousands of bike fits."

Nearly all of them are lying.

Many claim 1500-2000 bike fits, if they've been at it for roughly five years; if they say they have 15+ years of
experience they often claim 6000-8000 fits to their name.  This means that they'd have to do, on average, a bike
fit
every single day for a 5 to 15 year period.  How many times have you been in that shop, and they are NOT
doing a fitting?  The numbers just don't add up.  Maybe they're counting every bike their shop has ever sold?  Or
maybe every person they've ever looked at on a bike?

If I counted all the documented bike fits I've done (they last an hour and a half or more) in the last 10 years, I'd
get about
1300.  If I counted all the PT clients I've assessed over the last 15 years, it'd be right around 40,000 --
that's a lot of practice to understand how the human body moves in every conceivable situation.  How many bike
fitters can claim this?

I don't count the follow-up appointments with these clients (about 30-40 minutes long, and are included in the
cost of the fitting), and that doesn't include all the people I look at in my PT practice on bike-related stuff, or the
people I help out off-site (20 minute interventions at races, festivals, friends houses, etc.)

We spend a lot of time with our clients to get them fit properly.  Here's the cost:

Dynamic Motion Capture Fitting        $250 (parts not included)
Fittings last usually between 1.5 and 2 hours.

We do an in depth client interview, a comprehensive physical assessment for strength, flexibility and
coordination (like a mini PT evaluation)

The Retul uses infrared LEDs and an "eye" to pick up every joint movement (dynamically - while you pedal!) and
measure it down to the degree and with an accuracy of about 0.2 mm!

Bring yourself, your bike, and clothes you normally ride in, and come ready to ride a bit.  Nearly everyone also
gets "homework" -- exercises geared toward making them more symmetrical and increasing the likelihood they'll
enjoy riding their bike.

Almost everyone does at least one follow-up, which are included in the cost of the fitting.  Follow ups are free for
1 year from your fitting.

Bike Sizing                                        $100
If you're getting a new bike, we can help you pick the correct frame geometry, so that you don't make a 4-figure
($$$) mistake.

Includes work on our custom Size Cycle, and scouring of any manufacturers geometry charts to find the best fit.
We'll walk you through the whole process, and all the pitfalls to make sure you get the right bike.
